Mentors play a pivotal role at LAUNCH, driving early-stage startups from the Rhein-Main region towards success. Throughout the 10-week incubator program, mentors engage with startup teams, building meaningful, collaborative relationships and serving as trusted advisors. You are expected to provide around 30 minutes of guidance weekly to help startups navigate their challenges - though more engagement is always welcome. Mentorship not only shapes groundbreaking ideas but also keeps the mentors closely connected to the future of regional innovation.

With over 8 years of experience at McKinsey & Company and his current role as Data Analytics Strategist at QuantCo, Alexander Schult combines strategic thinking with technological know-how. As co-founder of ONDEWO, he also brings valuable insights into the founding and scaling of technology start-ups.
